Return and Refund Policy

As a small business we appreciate you shopping with us and keeping returns reasonable.  Excessive returns increase the costs for everyone.

Please note our store return policy is as follows:

All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and an original receipt is required.  No returns are accepted without a receipt.

The following items are not returnable.

• Anything that has been opened/used
• Seasonal items (anything related to a season/holiday such as but not limited to Valentine's, Mardi Gras, Easter, Cinco De Mayo, St Pat's, Graduation, July 4th, Halloween, Christmas, New Year's etc.
• Wearable items  including but limited to hats, wigs, costumes, tutus, suspenders, glasses, necklaces, feather boas, flower leis, tights & stockings, tiaras, gloves, luau skirts, sashes, head boppers and costume accessories  
• Helium tanks
• All edible items including candy and cake decorating edibles (frosting, icing, sugars etc)
• Open stock servingware such as platters, serving cutlery, foil pans, chafing racks
• Party machines and lights such as fog/bubble/snow machines and their respective fluids.  Disco, strobe, and party lights and bulbs
• Pinatas
• Open stock items such as horns and noisemakers, yard signs, megaphones, pom poms, balloon weights
• Clearance and special order items

A  10% restocking fee applies to large returns totaling $50 or more.  We reserve the right to limit or refuse any return.
